Sign up for your Intro class today!
During the intro course we will discuss all the ins-and-outs of our classes and you will learn a few new movements and do a short workout. The goal is to prepare you for our classes and give you an idea of what to expect, before you sign up!
This course consists of two 30 min sessions on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 18:30. If you plan on doing CrossFit you will have to do both these classes. If you plan to ONLY attend the Fit45 classes, you can start your membership after the 1st (Monday) class. We understand this can be an inconvenient time for some, but please bear with us. It is really important to us that you feel comfortable and understand the technique of the movements before you sign up. After completing the course you’ll be able to attend any of our classes that suit your busy schedule.
